IT'S A Wrap! 6000 SF office(s) build out in 6 weeks

All wrapped up, certificate of occupancy issued and tenant has since moved in. What a fun project!

Rapping up week 5 with paint done, trim in and ceiling grid in place.

Week 4 ends with drywall finished, door jambs in place and prepping for paint.

2nd week ends with framing done, electrical rough complete, fire sprinkler roughed in, HVAC under way and drywall started.

Start of a 6000 SF build out in Riverton with a 6 week time frame to complete.
